Terms of Use
Last updated: 10 August 2026 · GalilWine · galilwine.pro
Welcome to GalilWine. By using this website or booking our winery tours and tastings, you agree to these Terms of Use. GalilWine operates wine tourism experiences in the Upper Galilee, Israel, based near Rosh Pina.
Services
We arrange guided visits, tastings, and related logistics with partner wineries. Prices and inclusions shown on the site are indicative and confirmed in writing for each booking. We do not provide medical, spa, wine-therapy, or clinical services.
Age & responsible tasting
Participants who taste alcohol must meet the legal drinking age in Israel. We encourage responsible consumption. Designated drivers and non-alcoholic options can be arranged on request.
Bookings & cancellations
A booking is confirmed when we send written confirmation (email) and any required deposit is received. Cancellation and weather/harvest-change terms are stated in your confirmation. Partner estate availability can affect final routing.
Website content
Images, copy, and itinerary descriptions are for general information. Estates, vintages, and access may change. Partner winery names used for illustration may be stylized for this marketing site; your confirmed itinerary lists actual venues.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GalilWine is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or tour participation, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable Israeli law. Guests are responsible for personal belongings and for following host and winery safety instructions on site.
Intellectual property
Site design, text, and original graphics are owned by GalilWine or used under license. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Courts in Israel shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
